Turkey - Factors To Watch on Sept 17
ISTANBUL, Sept 17 (Reuters) -Here are news, reports and events that may affect Turkish financial markets on Tuesday.
The lira TRYTOM=D3 was quoted at 33.9810-34.0875 against the U.S. dollar at 0412 GMT, compared with a close of 34.00 on Monday.
GLOBAL MARKETS
Asian stocks wobbled on Tuesday while the dollar and U.S. Treasury yields came under pressure, with just a day to go before the expected start of the Federal Reserve's easing cycle that could see policymakers deliver an outsized rate cut.
TREASURY AUCTIONS
The Treasury will issue a new 5-year fixed coupon bond maturing on Sept. 12, 2029. It will also issue to banks through the direct sale method a two-year, lira-denominated sukuk.
HOUSE SALES
The Turkish Statistical Institute will release August house sales data. (0700 GMT)
TURK TELEKOM RESULTS TTKOM.IS
Turk Telekom said it posted a net profit of 1.42 billion lira in the second quarter, after a loss of 3.62 billion lira in the same period a year earlier.

PROBE INTO KILLING
Israel's initial findings on the killing of U.S. citizen Aysenur Ezgi Eygi do not exonerate Israeli security forces, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Monday, warning that Washington would consider other measures if it is not satisfied with the results of a full Israeli probe.
AK PARTY SPOKESMAN
Omer Celik, spokesman and deputy chairman of President Tayyip Erdogan's ruling AK Party will attend a meeting with NGOs. (1600 GMT)
