UK Stocks-Factors to watch on July 22
Adds new items, updates futures
July 22 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.7%.
* ENTAIN: Global sports betting and gaming group EntainBT.L said Gavin Isaacs will take over aschief executive officer effective Sept. 2.
* VODAFONE: Britain's VodafoneVOD.L has sold a further10% stake in Vantage Towers for 1.3 billion euros ($1.41 billion), bringing its shareholding in the European mobile phone mast group down to the intended level alongside infrastructure investors.
* BT: Britain's Ofcom hasfined telecoms provider BT GroupBT.L 17.5 million pounds ($22.60 million) for network disruption that affected 14,000 emergency calls in June last year, the communications regulator said in a statement.
* HAMMERSON: British shopping centre owner HammersonHMSO.L said it has entered into an agreement todispose its interest in Value Retail to Silver Bidco Limited for an enterprise value of 1.5 billion pounds ($1.94 billion).
* OCADO: British online supermarket and technology group OcadoOCDO.L said its U.S. partner KrogerKR.N had placed anorder for a wide range of new automated technologies to roll out in warehouses across its network.
* RENTOKIL: Philip Jansen, former chief of BT Group BT.L, is working on a private equity-backed takeover bid for Rentokil Initial RTO.L, the Sunday Times reported.
* OIL: Oil prices rose in early trade as investors keep a lookout for signs of a rate-cut cycle expected to begin as soon as September.
* METALS: Copper pricesfell to their lowest in more than three months, hurt by demand worries amid a lack of fresh stimulus measures in top consumer China..
