** Czech investor Tomas Cupr, the founder of online grocer Rohlik, has applied to take control of online pharmacy group Pilulka PINK.PR, the country's anti-monopoly said in a filing on its website. nS8N3I104K
** Buyout fund Cinven offered between 500 million and 600 million euros ($557-668 million) for the payment unit of Spanish tech and defence company Indra IDR.MC, newspaper Expansion reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3KG070
** Unieuro's UNIR.MI board of directors did not agree on the fairness of price of a takeover bid by Fnac Darty FNAC.PA and Ruby Equity Investment, the Italian consumer electronics retailer said. nL8N3KG060
** U.S. pipeline operator ONEOK OKE.N said that it struck two deals worth $5.9 billion with infrastructure investor GIP to boost its presence in the Permian Basin as well as mid-continent, North Texas and Louisiana regions. nL4N3KG07G
