Aug 28 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Wednesday:
** Qatar is in talks with the German government over possibly buying Russian energy group Rosneft's ROSN.MM stake in Germany's PCK Schwedt refinery, which Berlin placed under trusteeship following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Business Insider news website reported.

** Walt Disney Co DIS.N and Reliance Industries RELI.NS won approval for an $8.5 billion merger of their Indian media assets after assuaging regulatory worries about their grip on broadcasting rights for cricket, India's favourite sport.

** GRM Overseas GRMO.NS, India's third-largest rice exporter, said it bought a 44% stake in the parent of instant coffee maker Rage Coffee, as a part its move to invest in various new-age consumer brands.

** Air France-KLM AIRF.PA said it had completed the acquisition of a 19.9% stake in Scandinavian airline SAS, which has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the United States. nL8N3KE1LU
** British sportswear and apparel retailer Frasers FRAS.L said it has purchased a 14.65% stake in Australian sportswear retailer Accent Group Limited. nL4N3KF0FW
** Japan's Seven & i Holdings 3382.T must act fast to negotiate a takeover bid from Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard ATD.TO that has "historic implications", said a fund manager at shareholder Artisan Partners Asset Management APAM.N. nL1N3KF02T
** Two bidding groups led by Blackstone and IFM Investors lodged final offers to buy Australian data centre group AirTrunk in a transaction worth about A$20 billion ($13.55 billion), according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter. nL1N3KE0DD
